Fancy Breakfast Places in Las Vegas

There are many great ways to enjoy breakfast in Vegas. There is a bit of everything for everyone and everyone’s choice of the day. This page is for those seeking a one-in-a-lifetime breakfast experience in Las Vegas. Basically, elegant, sophisticated, ‘fancy’ breakfast for those who want to pamper themselves and do not care about the price.

Before I carry on, I hasten to say that things change all the time. What makes a great restaurant one year will not necessarily be carried over the following year and, at the same time, older (or less favourable) options may go through a management revamp. So, these are the choices as things stand now.

The names that keep being uttered with love and enthusiasm by almost everybody seeking a fancy breakfast in Las Vegas (on the Strip) are (more or less in this order) Verandah at Four Seasons, Tableau at Wynn’s, Bouchon at the Venetian, MOzen at Mandarin Oriental, Café Bellagio, the Cafe at Mandalay Bay, Society Café at Wynn (more casual) and, for an extravagant breakfast buffet experience, Sterling Brunch at Bally’s (pricey but some swear by it!).

Wow! In terms of elegance, Verandah at Four Seasons is probably the most elegant place in Las Vegas in which you can have a sumptuous breakfast or, as they say, a ‘legendary breakfast’. It is sheer elegance and class, an absolutely breath-taking place if you love classical elegance. The food is also top-quality, of course, and if you don’t mind going South Strip, it’s absolutely worth going for a really fancy breakfast. The usual description of Verandah at Four Seasons Vegas is ‘comfortable sophistication’ in a classical, warm décor. This is a fantastic restaurant at any time of the day, but on this page we concentrate on their top Vegas breakfast reputation, of course. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 11am and on weekends from 8am to 1pm. On their website you can read more if you so wish. Their breakfast is served in a buffet-style but this is a ‘real’ restaurant J

Tableau at Wynn Las Vegas. This is another top Vegas favourite for breakfast (and other meals), a little different from Verandah in terms of atmosphere and décor but equally beautiful: here you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful views of the pools and gardens whilst sitting in a bright, airy atrium, very much in the overall style of the Wynn. Here the signature dishes come from modern American cuisine; breakfast is served between 7am and 10.30am Monday to Friday (a bit too early for us!) and from 7am to 2.30pm (brunch) on Saturday and Sunday. You will find this top Vegas breakfast choice in the poolside area of the Tower Suites lobby (Wynn, Las Vegas).

Side note: Tableau is closed until end of December as the Tower Suites lobby is renovated. It is scheduled to re-open on 24 December.

Bouchon at Venetian Las Vegas. A little more casual than the 2 choices above, here you can still enjoy a fantastic breakfast with French undertones in a beautiful bistro atmosphere. You will be surrounded by its beautiful poolside gardens, located in the Venezia tower at the Venetian Las Vegas. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 10.30am (far too early for us!) and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 2pm. Bouchon is the recipient of several cuisine awards and it’s been often mentioned as one of the top breakfast choices in Las Vegas these days.
